Head Mill Trout Farm - Product Range


	All products are suitable for freezing. Selected smoked trout products are also available by mail order and make ideal gifts. We supply a wide variety of catering establishments. For more details please call us.

FRESH TROUT

		Pink-fleshed, the portion-size (10-14oz.) and larger (up to 5lb.) trout are caught, weighed and cleaned to order. Larger trout may be cut into steaks or filleted.


HOT SMOKED TROUT

		Moist and succulent, our hot smoked trout are available as whole fish (6-7oz.) or as a pair of fillets (5oz.) in a convenient vacuum pack. The fillets can be served individually as a starter or together as a main course.

COLD SMOKED TROUT

		Our delicately flavoured cold smoked trout comes in a variety of sizes - as filleted whole sides, pre-sliced sides or smaller packs of slices. All are vacuum packed.

PÂTÉ

		This superb tasting pâté is presented in convenient 5oz. pots - perfect for starters and ideal for snacks and sandwiches.
